3X4 Genetics will usually ship out your DNA sample kit(s) within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.
Please note that during peak periods, including Black Friday and the festive season, order processing and fulfillment may take longer than usual.
Once shipped, the time for delivery will depend on which shipping option you select when checking out your order.

If you can only receive shipments from FedEx or UPS but have a USPS PO Box, you may use your PO Box address for shipping.
