How do I requesting updating the shipping address on an unshipped order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update or change your shipping address after we've confirmed your order.
We will always do our best to accommodate your request to modify your shipping address, as there is a short window during order processing where it may be possible to make changes to your shipping address.
Please make sure to reach out to us immediately so that we can prioritize your request.
We highly recommend calling us as soon as possible at (425) 818-5333 during our business hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (please be sure to have your order number ready).

For an order that is already shipped, can I update the shipping address?
If you have already received tracking details, your order has been fulfilled and we are no longer able to make any changes. If this occurs, we recommend getting in touch with the carrier, often times they can reroute you shipment or you can intercept the shipment at a local carrier location.
