When you order a 3X4 Genetics test, you will be supplied with a 3X4 DNA Sample Kit to collect a sample of your DNA with a quick and painless cheek swab.

To ensure 3X4 can identify your sample, you need to register the unique kit code printed on your DNA sample vial label. Otherwise, your sample will be discarded after it arrives at the lab.

Please do not return your sample to the lab until you have registered your kit.

How to register your unique kit code

1. Inside your 3X4 kit is a small insert containing a QR code. Scan the QR code, or visit the link shown.
2. Create a 3X4 account or log in to your existing 3X4 or GENEFIT account.
3. Type in your kit code when prompted and confirm
4. (for 3X4 Blueprint registrations only) Enter your practitioner's unique 3X4 code to ensure they have secure access to your results. This code in the "Instructions" email sent to you after you order.

And that's it! As soon as you've successfully registered your kit code to you account, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to collect your sample.

Note: If you log out of your account at any stage during the registration process, you will continue from where you left off next time you log in.

Registration do's and don'ts

• When creating your account / profile, you need to enter your details (or the details of person you're registering for). You cannot register someone else's kit under your account.
• Ensure that you enter the kit code correctly and are logged into the correct account/profile.
• Ensure that you don't mix up your sample vial with anyone else's vial
